What are the technical Challenges Faced during Project Execution

Technical challenges during this project:
First challenge was to integrate data from database of client to our.
Data which was provided to us was uncleaned.
Missing values in data.
Perform calculation on data to find insights.

How the Technical Challenges were Solved

We use Power BI which have direct integration with popular databases.
Cleaned data by performing data analysis using python.
Performed statistical analysis to fill up missing values of data.
Performed calculation to get total patients and operation cost.

Business Impact

Using our Power BI, we have option of filtering out the data on bases on department and type of admission. Using that client can visualise the for a particular department and admission type. Using Pie chart, they can visualise the admission of patients on bases of severity of condition.

In this visualisation client can see which department is getting the greatest number of patient admission. They can also visualise trend of department by operation cost and patient admission.

Here they can visualise the no. of visitors by severity condition so that can expand their space. On right side of graph, they visualise bed grade allotment by department so that they can focus on expanding their Bed grade
